About Design A Home

Embracing the principles of energy efficient and environmentally sustainable design practice.

Design-A-Home is a dynamic residential design and drafting studio for single and double storey new homes or additions. The studio specializes in residential design and practises a contemporary approach to architecture, based on orientation, solar design, quality of space and functional design.

• We have helped and advised our clients for over 16 years, mostly in the northern coastal area of Perth - by transforming their ideas into working drawings

• We have helped with the design of holiday and residential homes in the south and north of the state, pole homes, rammed earth, double brick, timber and platform homes, loft homes and smaller additions, timber lined patios, garages and carports, master bedrooms with ensuites etc etc etc.

• We encourage your input into the design so that you have direct input in all stages of the design process.
  

Director Andrew Georgiades boasts more than 16 years experience as a residential designer and draftsperson, giving a practical and cost effective aspect to our designs.

Our Residential Design scope of work includes designing individually designed new single and double storey homes, ground floor and upper floor additions, patios, theatre rooms, bedroom ensuites, etc.
