CONSULTANCY SERVICES

We begin with an initial free design consultation to see if your requirements and ideas conform with local council guidelines and building regulations and if we can maximise the views and orientation for wind and solar aspects.

After the first obligation free consultation we will be able to give you a quote for the design and working drawings and explain what else may be needed before we proceed.

We also provide energy consultancy services- a qualified assessor can visit your home for a free consultation (government subsidised) and give you advice as to how to reduce your energy, water use and environmental pollution. You will also be advised about Government Green Loans!

Our consultation services include onsultation with Council Planning departments to ensure full compliance with codes and regulations, consideration given to energy efficiency for greener homes.
